The text of Havel's acceptance speech (in absentia) for the International Peace Prize of the German Booksellers Association in 1989 was illustrated by Jiri Kolar with 21 prints of visual poetic collages based upon typography from a Gutenberg bible page that contained the lines, "In the beginning was the word." The book was exhibited in "Celebrate Prague and the Book" at Cooper Union in 1992 and at New York Public Library in 1995. This exhibition originated from the Sackner Archive and was curated by the Sackners. It consisted of an introductory essay by Marvin Sackner and a classification system for the pages exhibited: 1) Hidden Meanings, 2) Cancelled, 3) Cut, Torn Crumpled, Perforated, 3) Fragmented, 4) Layered, 5) Sculptured, and 6) Sewn and Woven. This is a collection of concrete poems during 1964 by the future President of the Czechoslovakian Republic. The book is divided into two sections, one that reprints Antikody, published in 1964 in Prague with contemporary book design, and the other on cheap paper with the original design. In this book which is also designated as Tangenten No.4, a small square of mirror is set in stamped out thin card pages. One glassine page overlays it with a printed magic square poem. Parts of the backing of the mirror have been scatched out by the artist and it has been glued down to the card. Poetry has been printed on the pages with the stamped out sections.
