192 Leaves : "iii (paper) + 192 + iii (paper) folios on parchment, modern foliation in pencil, lower outer rectos, 1192, complete (collation I. ff. 1180v: i12 ii10 iii10 [+3, f. 25 tipped in] iv8 [1,no loss of text] v8 [+1, f. 41 tipped in] viviii8ix8 [1,with no loss of text] xxi8 xii4 [+5, f. 101 tipped in]] xiiixvi8 xvii4 xviii8 [+1, f. 138 tipped in] xix8 [7 and 8, no loss of text] xxxxi8 xxii and two full length horizontal bounding lines, otherwise layout varies, I. ff. 1180, ruled very faintly in red or brown ink with full length horizontal and vertical bounding lines (justification 52 x 36 mm.), written in brown ink in a compact bâtarde script on thirteen long lines, some capitals touched in yellow, red rubrics, line fillers in blue and burnished gold, one line initials in blue or burnished gold with contrasting pen decoration in red or black, two line initials in burnished gold on blue and pink grounds with white tracery, fifteen two to five line illuminated initials with three quarter borders, the initials on burnished gold grounds in blue or pink with white tracery and infill of blue, pink, and green ivy leaves, borders painted with blue and gold acanthus, red, pink, and white flowers, and fruits, six four to six line illuminated initials in the same style, facing six full page arch topped miniatures, all with full borders in the same style; II. ff. 180v192,ruled in red ink with full length horizontal and vertical bounding lines (justification 70 x 50 mm.), written in dark brown ink in a bâtarde with some cursive features on sixteen to seventeen long lines, some capitals touched in red, red and gold rubrics, one line initials painted in gold on pink or grey grounds, two line initials painted in gold on blue or light green grounds.
