The Vander Wilt Family papers measure 2.5 linear inches and artifacts and date from 1971 to 1991. The collection is split into four series: Basketball (1974-1991), Softball (1973 – 1977), Track and Field (1977), and Artifacts. The largest series is Basketball (1974-1991) and includes box scores, press notes, and a Hampton Girls’ Basketball Guide Book. There are nine Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union championship yearbooks dating from 1971-1989. The series Softball (1973-1977) contains state competition programs, and the series Track and Field (1977) also has a state competition program. There are two basketball jerseys, located in a second box under the series Artifacts.
