The Even Dozen Study Club records date from 1912 to 2011 and measure four linear feet. The collection is divided into five series: General, Event Records, Yearbooks, Club Minutes, and Scrapbooks.

General (1937-2005) is a collection of documents that relate to the club’s founding, operation, and history. These include historical accounts from major anniversaries, financial records, and copies of the charter.

Club Minutes (1912-2011) is an accounting of club members in attendance, topics discussed and plans made for each meeting. The minutes were originally handwritten and kept in bound notebooks, but evolved to typed and printed pages stored in folders.

Events (1962-2001) contains photographs and materials related to events organized by the Even Dozen Study Club, most notably its 50th Anniversary celebration.

Yearbooks (1945-2003) are small booklets produced annually for the Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs/Even Dozen Study Club that included a range of topics. Generally each yearbook includes annual themes, organizational information, member lists and contacts, meeting topics, monthly prayers or hymns, memorials, group charitable projects, and proposed budgets. The yearbooks appear to be homemade, and offer a short summary of the activities and interests of the Even Dozen Study Club each year.

Scrapbooks (1912-2011) is the most diverse series, comprised of seven scrapbooks made by club members. Some scrapbooks are collections of mementos and photos from club activities while others focus on a single topic, such as the scrapbook dedicated to the club’s entrance to the national community achievement contest (1958-1960) of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, based on their Christmas Seal Sale to help fight tuberculosis.
