Scope and Contents

The text is based upon the poem "The Garden" by Andrew Marvell, in which Furnival interprets the lines as garden rows. The colors of the wool were hand dyed from natural herbs and plants in her garden. The words are knitted on the tapestry. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
