Most of the copies of the first printing in an edition of 108 copies were confiscated by the Cleveland Police in the notorious raid of Jim Lowell's book store in 1966. The second printing by grass coin publishing in 1967 had a different cover, a modified title page & did not contain an index section. This third posthumous printing presented here is a reproduction of the original, the unique page from the second edition as well as the original manuscript pages. The theme of this poem deals with Zen and an afterlife place whose description was inspired by the Tibetan book of the Dead. The poem has five parts; the first two which were published in 1965 have been extensively revised and three parts added. The latter are bound upside down. Three drawings are reproduced in the book. This book includes reproductions of "Book 14 T that consisted of abstract markings rendered on the mimeograph machine. The book reproduces 'The Para-Concrete Manifesto (1996)' is from the original mimeograph printing. Some of the pages inside 'untitled (1964)' also reproduced in the book were based upon images used for levy's '6 cleveland prints' (renegade press, 1964). There were 5 copies published; probably each one different from the other. Here, copy #2. is reprinted.
