Scope and Contents Internet: Ã…ke Hodell (1919-2000) began to devote themselves to poetry for a long stay in hospital following a plane crash he was involved in as a fighter pilot. By chance was Gunnar Ekelof his mentor and later friend, and their first contact consisted of a list of essential poets Ekelof wrote on a restaurant menu. After various modernist poetry publications where he eg used aircraft terminology poetic material occurred Hodell debut as "concrete poet" with a reading of "General Bussig" in 1963, wearing a headlamp the only illumination."General Bussig want to show how an ordinary young man who will do his military service, can turn into an effective soldier. In the late 50's had a new psychology come into the military. The officers would no longer be a bully and hard trill recruits with Prussian excercis. Instead, he would make himself popular, to be liked, to be bussig. The recruit in General Bussig portrayed by small letter in and undergo a verbal brainwashing. in doing admittedly...
