Tuli Kupferberg contributed a picture poem on the American flag embazened with the inscription "How To Get A (head) In America. It listed the following, 1. Eat shit, 2. Have rich parents, 3. Avoid sex, 4. Separate church & state, 5. Don't get killed in a foreign war, 6. Play tennis, 7. Be Re Publican (not Publican), 8. Smoke name brands, 9. Don't travel in small Italian cars, 10. Wear clean socks every day, 11. Wipe your ass, 12. Sell, 13. Don't lift (You might get a hernia), 14. Don't smell, 15. I forgot. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
