Scope and Contents
Although published in 1991, several of the poems and essays in this issue have terrorist, Gulf war and suppression of civil liberties in Latin America themes that seem timely to the terrorist assult on the World Trade Center in NYC that happened (September 11, 2001) as this periodical is now being catalogued.
