Collage art from magazines and newspapers mostly of thin women but also Medusa (in a circle but also top left corner where Perseus has cut off her head), Hitler (in a stamp), and two comics lower left and lower right. The words "Miss America is a Virgin" have been handwritten on newspaper and pasted on top. This collage has complex meanings in reference to its title. More Withdrawed or Less, 1963
According to Kent Taylor in a personal communication (1997) to the Sackners, this was d.a levy's third book. The individual pages comprising the book are printed with different colored inks but all pages are the same dimensions. The cover is a light gray with the title printed on three lines. This is the first printing of the book. The Sackner Archive also holds the "second printing" of the book that has major differences in conten and layout. According to Jim Lowell, only 10 to 15 copies are extant. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

More Withdrawed or Less [second printing], 1963
This second printing of the book differs greatly from the first printing and should probably be considered a revision. The Sackner Archive also holds the "first printing" of the book. The title is printed on a single line of the white paper cover in this version. There are fewer poems in the second page and a center section for leaves of smaller dimension than the rest of the book. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
North American Book of the Dead, Parts 1 & 2, 1965
The theme of this poem (with many typographic errors) deals with Zen and a hallucinatory trip to an afterlife place whose description was inspired by the Tibetan Book of the Dead. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
